Currently working as the Lead Visual & Interactive Designer on the User Experience team for the World of Hyatt Loyalty Program.  

I work to continually strengthen the voice of the loyalty program by creating unique and user focused designs throughout all aspects of the World of Hyatt experience.

Below are a sampling of projects; promotional banners, form re-architecture, and illustrations,  that I have lead through concept to production. 


 
 

Project Objective

Implement QuickBooks service into the main navigation for World of Hyatt to increase revenue and drive bookings.

Role

  • Research how the service works and sit with development to understand how the service works.
  • Created wireframes to show how I intended to implement the service into the current framework of the navigation
  • Delivered final designs to development.
  • Designs created for all responsive views and screen sizes.

 

Project Objective

Update the current member experience for retrieving a reservation and adding it to their World for Hyatt Account.  Display specific information allowing the user to identify and select the correct reservation for single or multi-room bookinks.

Role

  • Wire frame user path based on user feed back from the booking path.
  • Lead design and structure of information.
  • Assisted development team with production and testing for final delivery to production.

Project Objective

Promote new member enrollment  for the World of Hyatt loyalty program though a designated spot on the Hyatt.com homepage and internal World of Hyatt program pages.

Role

  • Utilized an existing image library to concept multiple promotional layout options
  • Pitched Design concepts and delivered final promotional banner slots

Project Objective

Create a World of Hyatt branded 3rd party log in portal allowing active members to access their World of Hyatt account rewards on 3rd party sites.

Role

  • Concepts, wireframes and final product all presented to the Hyatt Innovation team
  • Oversaw visual implementation through development

Project Objective

Revising the existing experience of activating a member’s account to be congruent with the updated brand standards while streaming the process.

Role

  • Reviewing the current experience and striping away excess requirements.
  • Creating wireframes to show how I intended to implement the updated experience.
  • Introduced inline field validation pattern.
  • Deliver final product to stakeolders & see though development and production.

 

Project Objective

Modifying snap shot portals to better fit the needs of memebers when searching for an Upcoming Reservation, Past Activity or Rebooking a past stay.

Role

  • Working with User Research to better understand the needs of the user and what they find important and valuable on the Authenticated Homepage.
  • Creative visuals based on user reasearch for the best user experience.

 

Project Objective

Organize and display user reservation details.  Create micro animation to display member tier specific In-Hotel Benfits.

Role

  • Breakdown data returned from pulled user reservation details
  • Reorganize and display member reservation details through wireframes..
  • Introduce micro animation to display In-Hotel Benefits.
  • Delivered final designs to development for production.
  • Designs created for all responsive views and screen sizes.
